Image by Dekuwa via FlickrI just listened to this video describing a GREAT IDEA, Battlefield 3 Dino mode. So instead of a Zombie mode you would fight Dino AI which I would think is much easier than squad zombie based AI. Can you imagine a Co-op mode where you and a squad go up against an increasing array of waves of various dinosaurs? That sounds like great fun as you watch team mates getting shredded by T-Rex as you reload your RPG to try and take out his huge legs.
Maybe have a "Boss type" level with Godzilla the King of the Monsters?
The possibilities are fun to think about. Jumping on a 4 wheeler to coax the dino's into a snare? Perhaps new un-lockable weapons where you not only kill Dino's but you can capture them and have them lifted off for real big bonus points?
I am sure this started as a joke but a level designer has got to be somewhere working on how a story and action points would turn into a great and awesome distraction and draw for those zombie type players who like to step out of the real war scenarios for a fantasy break.
Either way this is a great idea and I like the idea enough to try and keep the discussion going.
